Basic functions work well.Good for making calls. However, the user-interface and menus are not easy to use for anything more than basic funstions.
The answer phone is pretty good too - easy to use, does what it is meant to.
I have even used the base a speakerphone for taking conference calls.
4 stars as I bought this from Amazon for under $30, therefore great value as a basic cordless phone.
